I'm pretty much retired so I'm home most of the time. My day is scheduled around my Rover schedule so I can give most, if not all, of my time to the pets in my care.

I have a fenced backyard where they can roam around freely and I'm usually out with them, but I don't keep them outside too long when the weather gets too hot.

I'm more comfortable with small to medium size dogs. Dogs with aggression are not accepted. Most dogs are well behaved and very loving. Please let me know what types of activities they prefer, their unique personalities, dos and don'ts, and medical conditions (if any). The more details you give me about your pets the better.
Un día normal
I walk them early in the morning and evening (once it cools off) and let them out in the yard approximately every 2 hours in-between walks. I live really close to a dog park and walking trail (walking distance). Love playing with them to keep them entertained so they are well exercised and stimulated unless they prefer to be left alone and do their own thing. I'm pretty good at reading their moods and personalities.

Experiencia en el cuidado de mascotas
I had two chihuahuas for the past 16 to 18 years. They both passed away last year (I'm still in recovery) so I decided to foster a dog recently who (the brown dog in the picture) just got adopted out after being with me for over 5 months to a wonderful family. He was badly abused but now he is healthy and happy. I miss all my dogs dearly. I would like to help board and/or sit pets so people can feel free to travel, work, etc. without worrying about their pets. I feel so blessed that now I finally get to do what I always wanted to which consists of using years of knowledge that I've acquired as a dog owner and a health professional. I'm used to taking care of pets with physical difficulties, which my last two dogs had. I can make pets feel comfortable and feel loved in every way possible. The dogs are allowed on the furniture but not on my bed. They sleep downstairs where they have comfortable couches and dog beds. I try to sleep next to any dog that suffers from separation anxiety. I refresh the water bowls throughout the day. The beds, toys, and blankets are washed after each booking and water bowls are cleaned everyday.

Mira is the best. She takes really good care of Teddy, and always keeps me updated with pics and video. Thank you so much for taking good care of Teddy 😊

Miya took my dog on walks and sent lots of photos and videos to let me know my dog was happy while I was away. Thank you, Miya!

Thanks Miya, for taking good care of my Archer while we were on a cruise. Miya kept sending us pictures of Archer, and I could tell how comfortable he was.

Miya was so accommodating and so great at sending us updates while we were away. Our little fur baby loved being there. He seemed so at home with Miya.
