Hey there fellow animal lover! I'm Mitzi and I grew up with dogs and cats and I guess you could say that it was quite an energetic family with all the spaces in between. I'm a psychology major and love learning about each of their needs and personality traits. With every interaction I get to know more about their preferences, desires and dislikes so that I can tailor the experience uniquely to them!

Mitzi was very sweet to my Matipoo Teddy. She took time to let him warm up to her and was able to take him on a full walk - Teddy usually shies away from the leash with strangers. He seems to really like her. Mitzi carried out our specific requests carefully by wiping him down after the walk on a wet day and putting on his favorite TV show.
I've know Mitzi for quite a while, and I'm confident enough to say that she's always been really caring and patient with animals. She genuinely enjoys being arount them and is the type of person who will make sure they're comfortable and well taken care of. She's attentive and easy to trust, and I think those traits are important especially when you're leaving your pet with someone. I've seen how naturally she interacts with animals, and I know she would treat any pet in her care with the same love and attention she would give her own. I'd definitely 11/10 recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to look after their pets!

Schedule
I'm currently taking a break from university to help out with my community. My availability is all week, every day with my full time schedule at home.

I have a fenced backyard with greenspaces. I'm located near two parks and the waterfront at Lake Ontario! The place is minimalist with lots of space for your pet to roam and rest.
Pets
A typical day
Aside from constant love and care, pets need ENRICHMENT. In the same way that humans work hard and play hard, pets can experience the same opportunity too. I'd play with them, take them to the park, and give them treats. I always take into account of giving pets time on their own when displaying signs.
