At the time of meeting Mitch we expressed how our dogs need to be kenneled when no one is home and they cannot be kenneled longer than 8 hours. He never mentioned he would be gone at school two of the days and that he would be gone a lot longer than 8 hours. Luckily we asked him how long he’d be gone for before we left and were able to find someone to stop by to let them out for a little while while he was at school. One of the days Mitch was gone for over 10 hours!!!!!!! He lied to us when we asked him about it and didn’t answer any of the times we called him. And wouldn’t directly answer our questions when we would message. We have a ring camera and can see when he would come and go. We saw every time when he came back to the house except the day he was gone 10+ hours. We believe he hopped the fence, came in through the back door and pretended to be home the whole time. Mitch treated our house and property fine but I would not trust him to come back to follow our instructions and respect the timing we requested. We were very clear with our communication and he failed to follow our biggest rule. I’m disappointed because our dogs really liked him but I cannot give a good rating when I feel like the communication was very lacking and our simple rules couldn’t be followed.
