Hi, I'm Misty! I have one rescue dog, Roxie, an AmStaff mix, and two cats, Simon and Carly. We love to spend time walking and playing outside as well as cuddling in the couch and enjoying a good bonfire. I am a life long lover of pets and animals of all kinds. Caring for animals of all ages, sizes and needs is a deep passion of mine. I was raised on a farm and showed steer for 3 years with the local 4-H community. I am comfortable with large animals including horses and cattle and intuitively predisposed to understand animal signals. I have a deep respect for all animals and have enjoyed being trusted as a sitter for many pets over the past 30 years. I am a Direct Support Professional working primarily with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; care giving is a fundamental aspect of my nature. I value your pets well-being and am a highly communicative person. My Monday-Thursday schedule is typically 7am-3pm. Friday's 7am-1pm. I work alternate weekends. I am available before and after my shifts and on alternate weekends. My schedule is up to date on Rover for availability. I offer care for your pets in your home. It is the best place for them to be comfortable and feel relaxed with a sitter.
