I’ve been the proud owner of dogs for most of my 42 years. I’ve worked with rescue in both fostering and administrative capacities. My specialty is senior dogs and dogs with anxiety. Dogs are my priority! I do not travel very often and I work very few hours outside of the home. Weekends and holidays will not be a problem for me. I have a fenced yard and 4 friendly dogs accustomed to dog-park play and friendly dogs coming to visit. I also am taking courses to educate me on every detail of doggie care.

Since I was out of the country I requested no interaction. Penelope seemed happy and healthy when I picked her up and not too angry at me for leaving her.
Misti did a fantastic job taking care of Lexi Lexi isn’t the easiest dog and Mistie knew to take her time with her and let her slowly adjust to her new surroundings. The frequent updates were also greatly appreciated
10/10 I would recommend Mistie! She did an amazing job of taking care of our Lily Beth! Will definitely use her again.

Mistie loves dogs. She takes excellent care of her own dogs and has fostered several dogs. She took great care with each of her fosters. She has done much research on feeding, grooming, training, etcetera. She is studying to be a canine specialist. She also seems to have a natural affinity for and with dogs. I highly recommend Mistie to anybody looking for someone who will treat your fur baby with the TLC you yourself would give.
I have personally observed Mistie with a number of dogs on various occasions. I have even observed her with my own dog. She is very competent and very qualified. She has taken great measures to educate herself on the care, handling and training of dogs. She has experience as a dog foster mom for a rescue organization. She is even currently a rescue coordinator for the same rescue organization. I would have a great deal of confidence interesting my own dog in her care.
