I have a flexible work schedule during the week which allows me time to drop in and see a pet or to take on a walk. If I’m not camping in the summer, I am able to help on the weekends too!

It really helps to know your pet’s energy level, personality and anything to be cautious of, such as how well they get along with other dogs and people on walks. When I leave your home, do you have a specific kenneling method that helps to know? I want your pet to have consistency.
A typical day
When doing drop in care, I like to play games like fetch with a ball or games each dog prefers. When walking, if a park is nearby, we will explore all the scents there too.

I have been a cat and dog owner most of my adult life. One of our labs, Wrigley, had extreme separation anxiety so I have experience with that behavior and understand how important Rover is to a family going through that. I also took great care of her as she aged and went through sickness. Our newest lab, Charlee has been through Stay and Train. We know the importance of following through on commands when dogs know them. I will learn what you use with your dog and carry through or teach you and they some if you’d like.

Missy was so wonderful, she helped me out in a pinch and took great care of my puppy! I would absolutely have her take care of my dog again.
Missy is amazing! She was flexible and knowledgeable about helping to create train our new puppy. She helped ease our puppies anxiety and kept in touch with us throughout the process to ease the families anxiety with leaving our new family member alone for the first time.
She is wonderful. Thankful she was able to help out at short notice. Our dogs loved her. Highly recommend her.
