I’ve taken care of animals for 20 years, having grown up on a farm and having yellow labs as our family farm dogs. I also had a yellow lab after college that I raised, so I understand how important basic training and schedules are to your pet. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and just being around them!

I have ability to meet you at your home or apartment to walk your dog and be convenient for you. While I don’t offer in home care, I am able to meet you where you’re at.

Miriam is super friendly! She responded quickly and was very communicative. She was a great sport when it started pouring down rain on Frank’s walk! I’ll be rebooking for sure :)
Miriam has spent her life caring for animals of all shapes and sizes, both her own and others. Miriam grew up on a farm in Tennessee, where she cared for both small pets, like her cats, whom she loved, and a yellow Lab the family adored as well as larger farm animals, like quarter horses, cows, chickens, bunnies, and even a turtle that she found injured on the road and nursed back to health (lovingly named Pistachio)! You won't find a more attentive, caring, and thoughtful pet caretaker than Miriam, who has endless experience caring for a wide range of animals from house pets to farm animals. If you need a petsitter, she's your person!

Schedule
I don’t work on Fridays with my WFH tech job, so I’m available at any point to help. I’m an early riser so I’m able to check in for mornings and evenings, and mid day if needed.
