I truly treat every pet like my own. I used to have a pitbull, so I’m comfortable with strong, energetic breeds and understand how to handle them with both confidence and care. I’ve also regularly walked my friends’ dogs and cat-sat for several close friends who trust me again and again—which says a lot! I also fostered a dog through the Labelle Foundation, which gave me even more hands-on experience with caring for pets in transition and providing a calm, nurturing environment. I do all my pet care with my boyfriend, who loves animals just as much as I do—so your pet gets double the attention, affection, and supervision. We make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and relaxed, whether it’s playtime, walks, or simple companionship.

We could tell that our pup had a fun time with Miri & Philip and that she was very well taken care of as if she was their own! We were so happy to see all the photos and videos of Astraea relaxing on the beach, cuddling on the couch, playing ball, and getting belly rubs! She came back happy and healthy, and we will definitely call on them for future needs.
Miri was absolutely wonderful with Theo! She boarded him for over a week while I was traveling, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. She sent daily text updates and photos, which really made me feel connected and reassured. Miri truly cared for Theo as if he were her own dog, giving him all the attention and love he needed. On top of that, when my return flight got delayed, Miri accommodated us and extended Theo’s stay with no questions asked, which saved me so much stress. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!
Miri and Philipp took such good care of Louie, and through the daily pictures they sent, it looked like Louie had the best time! They kept our anxious little guy happy and comfortable throughout his whole stay, and we will definitely be looking to rebook with them in the future!

Miri and Philipp were the best! This was my first time using Rover so I didn't know what to expect. They were so thoughtful and kind. For six nights my little cavapoo was living her best life with them! Miri very graciously took the time to meet with me and my dog ahead of time so we could all be sure we were a good fit. She was very responsive to messages and questions and she sent photos during the stay which I really appreciated. It was like getting photos of your kids at camp. It really puts your mind at ease that things are going well. Thanks to Miri and Philipp for being so great!!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine thanks to my flexible schedule, which often gives me multiple days in a row completely free. I also care for pets together with my boyfriend, so your pet is never left alone—if one of us is busy, the other is always there providing attentive care.

My boyfriend and I understand that every pet is different, so we’re happy to adjust to specific needs—whether that means sticking to a feeding schedule, daily walks, crate time, or extra cuddle sessions. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and at ease while you’re away. We’ll follow any instructions you provide to make sure your pet receives the same love and care they’re used to at home.
A typical day
Living close to the beach, we love taking dogs on walks along the shore. Depending on their personality, we enjoy playing fetch, exploring parks, or coming up with fun ways to keep them happy and active.
