I’ll be home and free for most of the summer as I am not doing online college until the fall. I will be a substitute teacher at Lewis Elementary in Forney coming the fall as well. I’m looking to have fun with all kinds of animals, friendly or not! I am very passionate and willing to work with any animal.

I adjust myself depending on the animals personality. I know pets are like people, all unique in their own way. I know how to give medication, prevent dog fights, restrain both cats and dogs. As well as give simple shots. I’ve worked in a vet clinic for a few months about a year or two ago. I can say i’ve seen many kinds of animals, aggressive or not, and i’m willing to take care of any animal and their needs. I have my own car so if an emergency happened, I am able to take care of it straight away. I have always had a love and passion for animals, and I hope your furbabies trust me too!

I would definitely like to know if the pet needs anything special or has a routine they need to stick too. I’ve handle dogs and cats that has aggression or are territorial. I’ve learned how to know signs as well, and can usually prevent or restrain an animal if needed. I have a cat with severe anxiety so I understand if things are needed.
A typical day
I love to go on walks and play outside a bunch! I do know when the heat is too high and will not take the pet outside if it’s too hot. I live near a dog park so I could definitely bring them here or find ones near by. I know my dog loves a good pup cup run to starbucks so fun drives will be done as well! For my cat I have plenty of toys that I use to play with him, especially when he gets the zoomies.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs basically my whole life. I worked in a vet clinic in Forney and worked in the doggy daycare at North Forney. I’ve cared for hyper puppies and old little ladies/gents. I’ve seen aggressive, scared, or super needy animals. I have the patience to care for any personality, and I have been trained to restrain aggressive animals as well. I honestly love animals and i’m looking to have fun with any type of pet that’s out there!

Mandy is really great with pets. I went to school with her and even spent a couple classes with her such as doggy daycare. Even out of all of the pet lovers in that class she was still the best. All the pets loved her and she was so nice and endearing to them. She was also involved in taking care of goats in which she loved her goats so much. You can see her love for pets in the way she interacts with them and it would be such a missed opportunity not to consider her. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
