I am a medical student in Chicago, so I spend most of my time at home, studying! I have a pup of my own, who is happy to stay at home while I care for your pet. I have weekend availability as well.

Hey, I'm Miranda and I am a huge animal lover! My family has had multiple pups (among other animals) since I was born! I understand the responsibility of caring for an animal, as they really are a part of the family! I have 8+ years of experience sitting and walking dogs that are not my own, and was a dog-walker and sitter in NYC for 3+ years. I am comfortable with all breeds, shapes, and sizes. I volunteered for 1 year at a municipal shelter in Detroit, and now volunteer at One Tail at a Time here in Chicago. I can administer medicine, give baths, and follow special care instructions. I can't wait to meet and love your doggo!

We had such a great experience with Miranda for our first time using Rover. First off, she made communication very easy and her responses were always quick. When she came to meet Hank for the first time, we knew she’d be a great fit. Our dog is a 60lb boxer-pit mix and a senior. He can be stubborn at times, but Miranda was extra patient and made sure he got plenty of exercise. She notified us after each walk, and made us feel totally confident our boy was receiving great care. Also, we loved getting pictures to make us truly feel at ease. We highly recommend Miranda and look forward to booking her again soon!
Miranda is kind, compassionate, and truly loves animals. She grew up with animals, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals of all kinds. She has been a dog walker for years, and as a fellow Rover sitter, I trust Miranda with my own pets when I'm away. It's hard to find someone who will love your pets like you would while you're away, but Miranda will make them feel loved and at home! I highly recommend Miranda if you are looking for a trustworthy and dependable dog sitter!
Whenever I need someone to watch Kovu I always ask Miranda if she’s available. My dog loves her and she sends updates and pictures frequently! She is responsible and timely!
