My preference is to have a written schedule/instructions to follow so that I can take care of your pet with the best attention to detail possible. ⭐️ Please be transparent about your pet's behavior and overall friendliness. This includes pet behavior toward other animals and people, especially children. ⭐️ I do not accept bookings for overly aggressive animals. I do not accept bookings for animals that cannot be left alone for a few hours (crated or not.) I reserve the right to decline a booking request at any time. Information to consider in your message: • Dietary needs - meals, food restrictions, allergies, treats • Exercise preferences - time requirements, type • Behavioral traits - friendliness, fears, habits • Health conditions - medical needs, medications • Bathroom habits - potty routines, frequency, etc. • Grooming needs • Favorite toys, places, or activities • Routine and schedule - nap times, feeding, bathroom breaks, walks, medication, grooming, etc. • Training and commands that work • Emergency contacts • Owner's expectations - How long can your pet go with no one home? How often do you expect me to take your pet on trips to parks, etc?
A typical day
I love going to parks and playing games such as fetch and tug-of-war (my dog's personal fav!) It is super important to me to give dogs sensory time to sniff out the neighborhood and explore safely.

Hi there! I'm Miranda! 😁 I have owned a terrier for 16 years, as well as worked in pet-sitting for 5 years. In that time, I have cared for dogs, cats, goats, rabbits, and fish. During my college studies, I have also cared for terrapins, frogs, and snakes! As an aspiring marine biologist, I have a love for animals that is deeper than the sea. 🌊 Often hired by other Rover sitters, you could say I'm your pet-sitter's pet-sitter. 😉 ⭐️ Experience in feeding, engaging in play, administering medication, and walking dogs of all sizes and breeds 🚨 Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid ⭐️ Experience with dogs 5-110 lbs, ages 1-17 ⭐️ Experience with dogs with impaired hearing/vision, diapers, arthritic accommodations ⭐️ Mail collection, garbage disposal, plant care, and more I'm so excited to meet you and your pet!

Miranda is great with my dogs. My GSD was great with her and she is typically wary of strangers. My dogs can be excitable and she was able to calm them down in a confident manner without being forceful. We most definitely will be a repeat customer.
