Your FurBaby's Home Away From Home!
*Please be aware that I take multiple pups at a time for boarding and daycare. All dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive and appropriate for a mini-pack. It’s a great fit for dogs who love to play and/or be part of a pack! However, it is not a good fit for those who need to be solo or are aggressive with other dogs. Feel free to reach out for clarification or questions! For many years, I’ve been the go-to gal when friends and family have needed a fur-baby sitter. I’ve had the good fortune to spend time with many different breeds and personalities – there’s something unique and special about all four-legged companions I’ve looked after. My pet-sitting experience includes dogs, cats, chickens and 1 special baby cow… from youngsters to seniors and playful to slothful. Because I no longer have my own fur-baby, it’s such a joy to have companionship from others’ four-legged babies. I always try to treat other furry pups the same as I would want mine to be treated, including providing lots of lovins’!

Miranda is very pleasant and easy going with my pup. She came and walked him then played with him for a bit She has great communication and I was happy with her service! I will definitely call her again.

Miranda was an enthusiastic host for my pup and was easy to coordinate with, even on a tight schedule. She has a great space for hosting pups and sent updates with pictures throughout the booking. The only negative feedback I have is that my pup didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic host for our Carolina Skittish Hound mix. Miranda is so patient and understanding of our dog’s separation anxiety. She communicated often with us during the daycare stay and put us at ease as we saw Maggie go from fearful to playful with other pup-guests. Thank you Miranda!
Miranda was an absolute gem! She took such great care of our pup and sent lots of photos throughout the day. Tater tot had a great time with the other pups she was watching. Such a great experience! Will absolutely book with her again.

Schedule
Because I'm home full-time and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate almost any potty needs or schedule. I also love taking playtime and walking breaks throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced-in yard where furry friends can run free (and chase squirrels to their little hearts’ content!). With parent’s permission, I allow the four-legged pals to cuddle on the couch and/or sleep in the bed. I follow whatever rules or instructions that parents request - I understand the importance of consistent caregiving and behavior expectations. I’m experienced with pets who have special and/or senior needs, including those with mobility issues and medication requirements.
A typical day
Activities are up to your furry pal's preferences.... we can play fetch in the back yard, go for walks in the park, lounge in the sun or watch the neighbor's chickens through the fence. If your pup likes other pups, we can have playdates with my neighbors' furry friends. I also love having pups to join me for outdoor food and brews, if that's their scene. Or if there's a lil' elderly fella or lady who just wants to sleep on the couch all day, that's cool too!

- *All dogs must be current on vaccines, as well as flea prevention treatment. It’s important to share information about special needs, including mobility limitations, medications or anxiety triggers. Please share any destructive tendencies or housetraining issues (i.e. damage to window blinds or urinating on rugs due to separation anxiety)! It’s also helpful to know normal routines, rules and expectations. I prefer to use whichever commands and techniques parents use with their four-legged babies (for walking, eating, etc.).
