Pet care experience

Pawsitively the Best Care!

What sets me apart is my mix of genuine love for animals, dependable professionalism, and hands-on experience with pets of all ages. I’m comfortable caring for energetic puppies who need structure and training reinforcement, as well as senior pets who require a gentler pace and extra attention. I take the time to learn each pet’s unique routine, personality, and needs—whether that means daily walks, playtime, medication administration, or just extra snuggles. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while giving you peace of mind that they’re in caring, capable hands.

Miranda & Curtis is the perfect family I found to watch my two German Shepherd’s! Gave me cute updates with pictures and videos and their own dog, Lucky, made our dogs feel at home. I have booked twice so far and will continue my boarding with them.

They’re the best! Bentley always has the best time playing with their dog and hanging out! They’re so good about updating us and sending us pictures!

I would give 100 stars if I could! Miranda and Curtis were AMAZING in dealing with Tanner, my energetic pup! They did such a good job helping him work through his anxiety and anxiousness and he came home happy, tired, and well loved! Will definitely be using them again in the future! Truly a wonderful experience!

We were very clear before booking that consistent updates were important to us. We specifically explained that we had issues with a previous sitter not communicating and that we did not want to have to ask for updates. Despite this, there was a stretch of approximately 18 hours with no update at all. When we became concerned and tried calling both sitters, our calls were ignored. We ended up spending over an hour of our vacation time contacting Rover support just to confirm our dogs were okay. The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress, and the situation was even more concerning when one of our dogs began vomiting and had diarrhea the following day. On a positive note, in the few videos that were sent, our dogs did appear happy and had plenty of room to run and play in the yard, which we appreciated. That said, reliable communication is a basic expectation when trusting someone with your pets especially after expectations are clearly discussed in advance. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.

My husband and I both work from home so we are always with the pups. We have a huge yard which our Golden Retriever loves so he can play with his ball! We have a separate section for our Chihuahua so he can nap.

A typical day

I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality and energy level! For playful pups, that might mean long walks, games of fetch, or tug-of-war to burn off energy. For more relaxed pets, we can enjoy gentle strolls, belly rubs, and cozy cuddle time. I also like adding mental stimulation—like puzzle toys or practicing tricks—to keep their minds active. Whatever your pet enjoys most, I’ll make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and tail-wagging fun while you’re away.

It’s important for me to know any special routines, health concerns, dietary restrictions, or quirks your pet may have so I can give them the best possible care. Please share details like their favorite activities, how they get along with other animals, any medications they take, and things that might make them anxious or uncomfortable. The more I know about your pet’s needs and personality, the more I can make their time with me safe, happy, and stress-free.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
