Abby is an exceptionally responsible and caring dog owner. She ensures that Mushu is exercised regularly and consistently prioritises his wellbeing. Her dedication to his training and development is evident in Mushu’s outstanding temperament and behaviour. Mushu is a certified medical service dog who has undergone extensive training. He is extremely calm, gentle, and never aggressive. He is able to remain settled and unobtrusive in public settings for extended periods, including restaurants, where he can lie quietly for hours without causing any disturbance. Mushu has even travelled internationally, flying from Hong Kong to the UK in the cabin, and handled the journey without any issues. In crowded environments, he remains composed and well-behaved. He is also excellent with other dogs, even when faced with reactive behaviour from others, consistently stays calm and non-reactive. Despite Mushu’s high level of certification and training, Abby never takes his access or behaviour for granted. She is always considerate of her surroundings and goes out of her way to ensure that any environment she brings Mushu into is appropriate and comfortable. She prioritises not only Mushu’s wellbeing, but also the comfort and safety of other animals and people around them. Abby is proactive in maintaining Mushu’s training and standards, and consistently demonstrates responsibility, awareness, and respect in all situations.

Abby is a great sitter - she has looked after my little pomeranian so well. He loves going to her and has a great time. She really cares about all animals and I never have to worry about a thing!
