Because I’m retired, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily life. I have a very flexible schedule and am home throughout the day, which allows me to focus fully on the dogs in my care. My routine naturally revolves around regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention and companionship. Living alone means your dog is never competing for attention and is rarely left alone. I enjoy building a consistent, calm routine that helps dogs feel comfortable, secure, and at home. Whether it’s daily walks around the nearby green belts, quiet time, or extra care for senior dogs or those needing medication, I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet each dog’s individual needs.

Safety, trust & environment

I care for pets as if they were my own, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and routine. In my home, dogs are welcomed into a calm, clean environment where they receive plenty of one-on-one attention and companionship. For added safety and peace of mind, I live in a gated community, providing an extra layer of security. I follow each dog’s normal schedule for feeding, walks, medications, and rest to help them feel at ease. While I don’t have a yard, I take dogs on regular walks throughout my community’s green belts and to a nearby dog park to ensure they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely to maintain the pet’s familiar routine. This includes feeding, walking, playtime, administering medications if needed, and providing updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to keep pets comfortable, happy, and well-cared-for, whether they are staying with me or I am caring for them in their own home.

Information Ming Nee W. would like to know about your pet

To provide the best care, I ask that dogs are well-behaved, house- and potty-trained, fully vaccinated, and treated for fleas and ticks. Please let me know about any medications, medical conditions, or special care needs, as I’m comfortable administering medications and caring for senior dogs or dogs with unique requirements. It’s also helpful to know your dog’s routine, favorite activities, comfort items, and any triggers or anxieties so I can make their time with me as safe, calm, and enjoyable as possible. I want to ensure every dog feels loved, secure, and at home while in my care.

A typical day

A typical day with me starts with a morning walk around the community’s green belts, giving dogs a chance to stretch their legs and enjoy the fresh air. After returning home, it’s time for breakfast, a bit of play, and some cuddle or quiet time to relax. Midday might include another short walk, interactive play, or gentle training sessions for mental stimulation. Afternoons are often filled with attention, belly rubs, and lounging in a calm, cozy space while I keep an eye on the dog’s comfort and needs. Evenings include another walk, dinner, and some extra play or snuggles before bedtime. One of my favorite fun activities is exploring the small nearby dog park or having a playful fetch session in the green belts. I also enjoy interactive games, gentle tug-of-war, or teaching fun tricks—whatever keeps your dog happy, engaged, and feeling loved. Every day is about companionship, care, and making sure dogs feel safe and joyful while in my care.

Pet care experience

I grew up with dogs and have spent a lifetime caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. My experience includes caring for many breeds such as English and French Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Beagles, Cocker Spaniels, Shar Peis, Pekingese, Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltipoos, Poodles, and more. I am comfortable providing daily walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of affection, as well as administering medications and caring for senior dogs or dogs with special needs. Because I am retired, I am able to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, and a consistent routine throughout the day. I take pride in creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where dogs feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.

I’ve been rebooking her every week. My dog loves her, and she takes good care of them. She sends me cute pictures and videos of my dog.

Ming Nee watched my golden retriever while I was on vacation. She was very communicative, sent me pictures and videos, and provided me with constant updates. You can tell that she loves dogs very much, and that they love her too. Would absolutely book with her again and recommend you do as well!
