Our place is 15 mins from SFO. You can drop off and park at street during your trip! I’ve provided boarding and day care service for my clients, family & friends for over 5 yrs now. We have a 4-yr old Formosan Mountain Dog, Koko. She loves playing fetch and chasing with her fur friends in our backyard. I take only 1 new client at a time(no more than 3 dogs for repeating client). Your pet will receive great attention and a careful watch during their stay with us. I’m currently working from home so I’m always there for your pup. Staying at our home will include 2 walks a day around the neighborhood. If your pet is good with car trips, we also go to a large near by park by car frequently. Potty breaks are provided every 2 hours in our large, fenced backyard. Your pet is welcomed to stay indoor with us, or if they like taking a nice sun bath on our backyard porch. The side doors to our backyard and fences are always well secured. We have a spacious backyard with fence for your dog to have fun and exercise.

Addie had an amazing time at Ming-Ching’s house! We’ll definitely be bringing her back for both doggie daycare and boarding. Communication was great, and we loved receiving pictures throughout the day—it gave us so much peace of mind. She clearly prioritizes safety and truly emphasizes attentive, thoughtful care. Ming-Ching is wonderful with our young pup, Finn. She is very responsive, and attentive to his needs when he stayed with her and her dog Koko for almost a week. Ming-Ching arranged a meet & greet which helped us all to get to know each other before the stay. She provided many updates of Finn (videos and photos) which we truly valued since this was his first time with a sitter and put us at ease for the duration of the stay. She didn't hesitant to bring up any concerns or questions and upfront. Finn seemed very happy when we picked him up which is a great sign of the good time he had with Ming-Ching and Koko!
Our dogs loved boarding with Ming-Ching! She is very responsive and sends updates and photos multiple times a day. We will definitely have them stay with her on our next trip.

Ming-Ching and Koko were fantastic with my shy dog. She sent many photos and videos of him throughout the day so I could have peace of mind that my dog was in good hands! He came home and slept well after a big day :)

Schedule
My schedule is rather flexible depends on your pet’s need. Normally we do 2 walks a day and frequent potty breaks. See description section for our routine.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard, with natural grass, turf playground, and a porch for sun bath. The side doors are always well secured. We will never open front door without securing your pet. I gave careful watch when your pet is playing outside. We also have cameras around the house that’s always on.
Pets
A typical day
We walk your dogs in our neighborhood where they can check out all the new smells. There is also a long upward slope to a beautiful park if your dog is high energetic. I also love to play with dogs with toys you provide, or ball fetches in our fenced backyard.
