With 15+ years as a cat rescue volunteer and experience caring for senior dogs, I’m confident caring for pets with different temperaments, routines, and care needs. I started pet sitting professionally in 2025, but my experience with animals goes back much further. Lai Ming did an amazing job as always, she always takes extra care for me to return to a clean home which I really appreciate. I get photos of all animals (except my shy cat hiding under the bed!) and detailed updates on how they are eating/pooping etc. It's very reassuring and she clearly loves animals, I highly recommend her services.
Lai Ming always does a great job looking after my pets, I have 3 cats and a rabbit and she sends plenty of pictures along with detailed updates. My kitten clearly had a great time and was really appreciate her hard work. Highly recommend her services :)
Lai Ming was friendly and easy to work with. She provided updates and pictures daily so I knew exactly what was happening. She did a great job and even helped with clear up after a fur ball!
