Minfang is amazing! Our dog Rocky loves going over there. She sends lots of pics and takes him for walks often.

Minfang was great with doobie even if doobie is a bit very (hyper) she was able to manger and she was always communicating with me.

If I could, I would leave a minus rating. I only write this review so that others will know what kind of an environment your fur babies will be placed in with this mom and daughter sitters. Upon arrival the daughter was waiting outside the home and took my 5 years old 71lbs Cream Golden Retriever and went inside the home.(BTW, they asked for more $ since he is a larger size dog from the posted price.) I felt she was rushing and I felt somewhat uneasy because i expected to take him in myself and see him get adjusted to the home before i left him behind. But as I was driving away, I decided to trust that they will provide him a good care and that he will be in a warm loving environment.(I also heard many dogs barking when I was outside.). When I ask for photo update they sent me pics of him outside around their community but somehow he appeared very sad. The next day pictures was heartbreaking, I can clearly see the sadness in his eyes and tail was hanging low. He always has his tail up high when outside walking because he enjoys outdoor walks. I was so concerned. When I came to pick him up after three days, I came unexpected two hours before what I had reserved for their service. They opened the door a few minutes after, the mom and the daughter together with a medium size dog on a leash with the dog's bedding and other things in their hands. They were rushing to get all things for this dog packed up so that the owner will not come in probably. I said this is not my dog to reply to something they had said to me. I told them I want to go get my dog myself and stepped inside the front door and they said he's in the back. I asked why is he in the back? thinking in my mind that he might've been kept outdoors the whole time, I went through the garage and another door originally a door that would've lead you to the backyard but they turned the back into an enclosed area. The daughter lead me through another door where my dog and another larger size white poodle looking dog was. It was a small space maybe about 5 by 7. The cold room with laminated floor with a cage and my dog's bowls on the ground. I saw no blankets or beddings.(I had called her as soon as I had dropped him off because I had forgotten to bring his bedding accidentally and she said it was ok. I had assumed she meant that they can provide him a bed of some sort but I never imagined that he was kept inside a small confined space with another dog with no blankets or anything warm to sleep on.) My dog is a calm dog but showed such excitement to see me, jumped up at me, whining, I felt he was expressing his sense of relief. When I took him outside to the car, he was literally shaking. I just knew from his behavior that he was under a tremendous stress and discomfort. I've had boarded with others that he had never met before in the past, and he never showed such reaction when I came to get him. I'm not gonna say things made up to guess what happened while he was under these people's care. But I know, I'll never use them again!!! The mom doesn't speak english but the daughter does and she later sent me a text stating this exact wording, "Again I allowed you in this time to avoid conflict, but this does not mean you have permission to enter my home. I could definitely call the police. It is rude and illegal !!! And I don't want to deal with people like you." First of all, I wouldn't give them another opportunity to watch my dog and what do they have to hide that they don't allow you to see the environment where your fur babies will be staying. The environment they have is less than any poorly ran kennels, worse than pounds and smells like a pound. I would stay away from them if you are looking to place your fur babies in a warm home environment.

My dog, Harley, is so comfortable with Minfang and actually gets excited when we drop her off. She’s so good with sharing photos, and is genuinely happy to take care of Harley. She is our go-to sitter on Rover.

Seemed nice and our pup had a good time. Liked that she sent some pictures, wish there was a little more communication.

Minfang is very nice and accommodating. I was super anxious at first since it would be the first time my dog is gonna be staying with a someone who’s not a family member. But Minfang’s aura made me confident that my boy is gonna be fine. She sent me a lot of pictures and when I picked him up, he was a happy boy. I’d get her again for sure.
