Hi fur-parents! My name is Mindy and I am a lover of doggos. My corgi crossed the rainbow bridge (RIP to the bestest boy, Jax ❤️), so I do not currently have a dog of my own. I sometimes foster with Oakland Animal Services and dog-sit for my family often, and am now on Rover to host your furbabies. I had dogs growing up, and I got Jax when he was 8 weeks old and he was just shy of 10 years when he passed, so I am experienced with puppy-senior age. I go on evening walks just to see the neighborhood doggos, so why not let me take your pup along with me? 😊

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mindy. She has been watching my golden retriever, Rosie, for the past few months, and today was her last day before Rosie’s surgery tomorrow and I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through this time without her. From day one, Mindy treated Rosie like her own. She is kind, patient, incredibly reliable, and so attentive to Rosie’s needs. I always felt completely at ease knowing Rosie was in such loving and capable hands. Mindy kept me updated, made sure Rosie was comfortable and happy, and genuinely cared about her well-being. Having someone you trust during such an important and emotional time is priceless, and Mindy has been that person for us. I am beyond grateful for everything she has done for Rosie and for our family. Any pet would be so lucky to be cared for by her. I recommend Mindy wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Mindy was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire boarding experience. She was extremely responsive, caring, and attentive to my dog’s needs. I really appreciated the regular photo updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she treated my dog like her own. I would definitely board with her again and highly recommend her to others.

Schedule
I work in-office one day a week and the rest from home, allowing me flexibility to host. I’m just offering day care and boarding at the moment as Mid-day walks and drop-ins have become a little tricky with my schedule, but can take requests on a case by case basis.

I live in a condo and have a small railed patio area as well as a small fully closed patio area for quick fresh air. Kid-free home. There is a dog run across the street for potty breaks and two parks near by with fields of grass for longer walks, frapping and zoomies!
A typical day
Going on walks, playing with toys in the house for stimulation, and if the weather permits, walks on the bridge and enjoying some park time.
