Hi all, I am a 7 year qualified veterinary nurse who previously worked with rescue dogs at the Dogs Trust for 4 years prior to my nurse training, so I am happy working alongside nervous dogs or those with quirks! I am also comfortable applying ear/eye drops, skin treatments, oral medication and insulin injections if required.

As a qualified vet nurse I can administer first aid and CPR. I also have a vehicle to transport pets to your vets if needed. I also would like to arrange a visit with yourselves and your pet first, to ensure I can meet your requirements and so I am clear on your instructions as after all, you know your pet the best! I am looking into public liability insurance so will have this in place prior to any pet sitting or dog walking arrangements, I am also more than happy to provide photos and videos of your pet during my visits/walks so that you have peace of mind that your pets are happy whilst you're not with them ❤️

Mindy has been a Registered Veterinary Nurse for over 7 years, having also worked in other areas of animal care, such as a receptionist at a Vets and as a Canine Carer at Dogstrust. As much as she would love to have her own dog, she is unable to currently, and so is a mum to 3 black cats of varying description. Due to this, she is an aunty to my dog when I need her, and she has a lot of love to give to some more dogs that need some extra TLC. She's reliable, does what she says, and is an extremely competent and caring lady.
I have been fortunate enough to consider Mindy a friend since I was a child. She’s always been the kindest and most thoughtful person and her biggest passion in life has always been animals. As a registered veterinary nurse of 7 years, her passion for animals has turned into an incredibly successful career, which suits Mindy to the ground. She is always who I’d go to for advice for my own pets and has looked after my cats while I’ve been away and I trust her with my pets implicitly. She would be an ideal candidate to care for anyone’s fluffy friends. Not only that but Mindy is incredibly responsible and does everything she can to provide the best lives for her own pets and I’m certain she would do the same for everyone else’s too. I couldn’t think of a better person to use as a pet sitter/dog walker.

Schedule
I am an emergency and critical care out of hours vet nurse, with a rota that allows 6-7 days off after each block of nights, I am offering 2-3 days within that week off to help others with their pet care.
