Pet care is my full time job. I am available to care for your pets in your home either while you are at work or while you are away. I book my dog walking and pet sitting in the Fairport area which is where I live so I am never far from your home. I have the ability to do on call last minute visits for your pets if you are delayed at work or something unexpected comes up. I am flexible and understand that people's schedules change so I am able do last minute visits and I do not charge a cancellation fee.

I meet with each of my clients to go over their pet's care schedule. I give updates while at the visits and as well as leaving my report on the Rover app which is texted to the clients, I also leave a written report. I am always available to discuss any care change and if I have any questions or concerns I contact the owner immediately to make sure that I am providing their pets with the best care I can.

I like to know as much as possible about my client's animals so I can customize each animals care. Because I specialize in special needs animal care, whether it be medical care or animals who need special care due to behavioral problems, the more I know about their needs the better care I can provide for them. I want each animal in my care to trust me and to feel safe while in my home.

I am a very loving petsitter. I utilize music therapy and massage therapy as a regular part of my routine to relax the animals that I care for. I am very consistent in the care I provide for the animals. They are on a schedule that makes them comfortable because they know what to expect. An example would be going out to the bathroom before breakfast and having their walks late morning and after dinner with a bedtime treat. Text message updates with pictures are also included to let clients know how their pets are doing. The animals in my care are treated with a great deal of love and respect. I am able to provide the extra special care that you want them to have while you are away. When I watch people's pets in their own homes I am also able to care for cats, small animals and exotic pets for no additional fee. I visit the home first for a meet and greet so the animals know that their humans approve of me being in their homes. I have the client fill out some paperwork about the animal's behaviors and the routines that they know and are comfortable with. I send text updates including pictures of pets to the owners so they know how their animals are doing. As with the care in my home, when I pet sit in the pet's home the care is completely customized to the pet's needs. I can do post surgical visits and can perform special care to animals that need it such as dressing changes and administering medicine orally as well as injections under the instruction of the owner and pets veterinarian. I am also experienced in hospice and end of life care for beloved pets as well as planning pet funerals. I love them from beginning to end and I provide unconditional support not only to the animals in my care but also to their owners.

I have received the Covid Vaccine. I am also certified through Lollypop Farm in Animal First Aid. I am a lifelong animal lover who has been pet sitting for people in their homes for many years. I specialize in geriatric and special needs animal care which includes administering shots and medications. Post surgical animals are also welcome and I am able to transport pets in need to doctor appointments while you are away for an extra charge. I also deal with behavioral problems . People have called me the animal whisperer because I have a way of making all animals feel comfortable. I treat all animals in my care with love and respect. I look forward to caring for your furry babies. My full time job is caring for animals. I am available to care for your pets while you are in town and out of town. I do on call visits including same day last minute requests if I am available. I try to care for them in a way that is as close to your care as possible. I utilize music and massage to relax my clients. I am available 24/7 for communication with you on how your pet is doing.
