Highly disappointed. We booked Mindy to come and check on our 2 cats (Frankie and Benny) while we were out of town. Both cats were visible and eating their food when we left. When Mindy finished her check in, she said “kitties are good, I only saw Frankie…” and when we came home, Benny was locked in our guest bedroom. That is 24 hours at least that Benny has not had access to food, water, or his litter box. I messaged Mindy and asked her why she wouldn’t have looked for him and that he was in there, and her response was “I do not go in closed rooms out of respect and safety for both myself, pets, and the homeowner” and that she “didn’t hear any meowing around.” Our poor Benny was in that closed door room and she didn’t even think to check (or didn’t even want to check, at that). We are closely monitoring him and are very upset with this entire situation.

Mindy was excellent! Always kept us in the loop during visits. Cat loved her and she always responded. Will 1000% be booking her again.

Mindy was wonderful with Ollie and went above and beyond with visits and taking care of our sweet kitty while we were away. I had peace of mind in knowing that he was in good hands and well cared for by Mindy. The pictures that she sent show that he had fun and felt comforted during their time together each day. Thank you Mindy!

Mindy always takes great care of my dogs! Highly recommend!

We go away knowing that our cat, storm is in great hands. Thank you again, Mindy!!

Amazing job every time!
