Mimi can care for
Availability
On weekdays, I work from 8–5 but live close enough to come home during my lunch break for potty breaks, walks, feeding check-ins, and some one-on-one time. Pets are never left alone all day and get consistent care throughout the day. Mornings and evenings include walks, playtime, and relaxed downtime at home. On weekends, my schedule is very flexible, which allows for longer walks, outdoor adventures, and extra attention. I’m especially comfortable caring for high-energy dogs and making sure they get the exercise and enrichment they need.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in my home just like I do my own dog — with lots of attention, routine, and love. I follow each pet’s normal schedule for meals, walks, and any special instructions, and make sure they get plenty of playtime, exercise, and downtime. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, including high-energy dogs. I work 8–5 on weekdays but come home at lunch for walks and check-ins, so pets aren’t left alone all day. On weekends, we enjoy longer walks, outdoor time, and a relaxed pace. My goal is to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and at home while keeping owners updated and worry-free.
Information Mimi T. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for a pet, I like to get to know them and their routines so I can provide the best care possible. I ask about their feeding schedule, exercise and playtime needs, and any medications or health concerns. I also want to understand their personality — how they interact with people, other pets, and new environments — as well as any fears, anxieties, or household rules. Knowing their favorite toys, treats, and comfort items helps me make them feel at home, and having emergency contacts and vet information ensures I’m prepared for anything. My goal is always to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away.
A typical day
A typical day in my home starts with a morning walk before I head out to start work at 8am. During my lunch break, I head home to feed lunch, go on a walk, and give time for potty breaks. Evenings include another walk, some interactive play, and relaxed downtime so pets can unwind. Pets in my care can enjoy a mix of activities depending on their energy level and personality — walks around the neighborhood, fetch or tug games, training sessions, cuddles, and supervised playtime. On weekends, I love to take pets on longer adventures, like hikes or trips to nearby parks, to burn off energy and keep them engaged.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I’m the proud owner of a 3-year-old high-energy Aussiedoodle named Arlo, so I’m very comfortable meeting the needs of active, intelligent dogs who thrive on routine, exercise, and attention. We spend our weekends hiking and exploring the outdoors, which has given me a strong appreciation for physical and mental enrichment for pets. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and set of needs, and I strive to provide patient, attentive, and reliable care so both pets and owners feel at ease. Whether it’s keeping up with daily walks, playtime, feeding routines, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet as if they were my own.
Reviews
Mimi took really good care of my little Bailey and also taught him few tricks in such a short period. I would definitely recommend Mimi to any pet parents if you really love and care for them.
