I am always very respectful of clients homes and do not go anywhere or touch anything unless instructed or need to for your dog. I also am very cognizant when opening doors or gates so dogs can’t sneak out.

A typical day
I will walk your pup at their pace. If they want to go super slow and sniff everything we’ll do that and if they are a speedy pup and want to walk full steam ahead we can do that too!

I have a strong passion and love for dogs. I have been watching and walking neighbors dogs for years and have built some very strong connections. With my own dog I compete in dog sports such as dock diving and barn hunt. Last fall we placed 4th at the national dock diving championships! I have a great understanding of dog body language and respect their space if needed. I have worked with multiple dogs that were at first terrified of me but we are now best friends! I also have quite a bit of experience working with reactive dogs.

Our family has had the pleasure of knowing Millie and fortunate enough to have her care for our elderly girl, Taylor ( 45 lbs lab mix rescue) Millie is an exceptional care giver who truly LOVES animals and goes above and beyond to meet their needs, make them feel safe and loved. We would recommend Millie to anyone looking for someone to care for your pets. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy and a pleasure to know and work with. We felt so comfortable and confident leaving Taylor in her care. We highly recommend Millie to anyone looking for pet sitting!!
Our 3 dogs absolutely love when Millie visits! She brings such a fun and calm energy that my dogs really respond to. In particular, one of my dogs tends to get very nervous around new people but she took to Millie right away. Millie is so communicative, sending many updates and pictures. She always listens to any special directions like checking for water, and we so appreciate her! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millie.
We can’t recommend Millie highly enough! She took such wonderful care of our dog, and it gave us incredible peace of mind whenever we traveled. She was always caring, reliable, and an excellent communicator, keeping us updated so we never had to worry. Our dog was so much happier staying at home with Millie caring for her than at any kennel, and it was obvious she treated her like family. Anyone would be lucky to have Millie looking after their pets!
