I’ll keep their tails wagging
I grew up in a very animal loving family, our Jack Russells were the centre of my world as a child. I was brought up by my grandparents, they frequently looked after dogs, and still do, I had the chance to help out regularly with both dog walking and housesitting. I developed a quick love for taking care of many different animals. I’m the type of the person that will absolutely ditch an event just to sit with a furry friend in the corner. - I’ve taken care of many different animals having volunteered on a farm for two years and frequently helped out on my aunt’s farm in Devon. - 5 years experience of drop ins, 3 years total experience of housesitting and dog walking.

My usual routine for a housesit would usually consist of things like reading, studying for my resits, watching a show, engaging with your furry friends. Everything quiet and relaxing, unless it’s the playing! Any rules I’m made aware of will be followed to the point and there’s no doubt from me that I can gain your trust and your pet’s friendship.

very considerate and kind person, poppy loved him and the attention he gave her. it’s a shame drop ins for adults aren’t a thing! he listened to my endless chatter when my dear mother was sick.
Miles was so lovely with myself, my husband and our old man. Lester still loved going on walks but it would take 20 minutes to go up and down the road. We told him Fletcher turns around when he wants to go home but my husband and I didn’t have that sort of time on our hands in the evenings. 2 hours Miles spent on what should’ve been a 30, 40 minute maximum walk. Just so Lester could have the walk he wanted. He also refused to touch any of our food we offered him, thanking us anyway, the politeness wasn’t necessary but it was a nice change to the other 20 year olds I had encountered that year 😂

Schedule
At 15, I had become a young carer and that got in the way of any GCSEs qualifications and my animal management course at college. Now that things are settled, I’m hopeful to get back to my passion and what I grew up doing. This means that my schedule is extremely easy to work around; I’m available all days of the week.
