ESPAÑOL Mi experiencia con los gatos va mucho más allá de haber convivido con ellos toda la vida. Actualmente soy voluntaria en la Protectora de Barcelona, donde cuido de gatos con personalidades y necesidades muy diferentes. Esta experiencia me ha enseñado a respetar sus tiempos, interpretar su lenguaje corporal y adaptarme a cada uno de ellos con calma y paciencia. Además, durante varios años cuidé de uno de mis gatos en Francia, que tenía diabetes. Todos los días le administraba sus inyecciones de insulina y prestaba mucha atención a su estado de salud y a su rutina. Gracias a esa experiencia, me siento cómoda siguiendo indicaciones específicas y proporcionando cuidados cuando un gato necesita un poco más de atención. Soy una persona tranquila, paciente y muy observadora. Entiendo que confiar tu mascota a otra persona no siempre es fácil, por eso siempre intento que cada gato se sienta seguro, respetado y cuidado como si fuera uno de los míos. ENGLISH My experience with cats goes far beyond simply having lived with them all my life. I currently volunteer at the Barcelona Animal Shelter, where I care for cats with all kinds of personalities and needs. This has taught me to respect each cat's pace, understand their body language and adapt to them with patience and kindness. I also cared for one of my own cats in France, who had diabetes. For several years, I gave him his daily insulin injections and closely monitored his health and routine. Thanks to that experience, I'm comfortable following specific care instructions and looking after cats who need a little extra attention. I'm a calm, patient, and observant person. I know it isn't always easy to leave your pet in someone else's care, so my goal is always to make every cat feel safe, respected and cared for as if they were my own.

ESPAÑOL: La confianza es fundamental cuando dejas a tu mascota al cuidado de otra persona, y me tomo esa responsabilidad muy en serio. Mi prioridad es seguir su rutina lo más fielmente posible y respetar todas las indicaciones que me des, ya sea sobre la comida, la medicación, los horarios o cualquier otra necesidad específica. También sé que cada gato vive las ausencias y los cambios de forma diferente, por lo que siempre me adapto a su personalidad y dejo que sea él quien marque el ritmo. Durante cada visita estoy muy atenta a su comportamiento y a su bienestar. Si notara cualquier cambio fuera de lo habitual o algo que me preocupara, me pondría en contacto contigo de inmediato. Mi objetivo es que puedas disfrutar de tu tiempo fuera de casa con la tranquilidad de saber que tu compañero está seguro, respetado y en buenas manos. ENGLISH Trust is one of the most important parts of leaving your pet in someone else's care, and I take that responsibility very seriously. My priority is to keep your cat's routine as consistent as possible and carefully follow all of your instructions, whether it's about feeding, medication, schedules, or any other specific needs. I also understand that every cat reacts differently to change, so I always adapt to their personality and let them set the pace. During every visit, I pay close attention to your cat's behavior and overall well-being. If I noticed anything unusual or had any concerns, I would contact you straight away. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing that your companion is safe, respected and in caring hands.

I've known Milena for years, and she's always been a huge animal lover! She volunteers at an animal shelter every week and spends so much of her free time caring for pets (all backgrounds, ages, personalities, and energy levels). She's also the go-to pet sitter in our friend group - including my dogs. I completely trust her because she's responsible, patient, and dogs/cats always adore her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring pet sitter!

ESPAÑOL Trabajo a tiempo parcial solo por las mañanas, así que tengo bastante flexibilidad para hacer visitas, jugar con ellos, darles de comer, limpiar el arenero y mantener sus rutinas mientras sus humanos están fuera. Y si eres de los que echa de menos a su gato diez minutos después de cerrar la puerta (te entiendo perfectamente!), estaré encantada de enviarte fotos y actualizaciones después de cada visita para que puedas estar tranquilo durante todo el tiempo que estés fuera. ENGLISH I work part-time in the mornings, which gives me plenty of flexibility for home visits. I'll make sure your cat is fed, has fresh water, a clean litter box, playtime if they're in the mood, and that their usual routine stays as normal as possible while you're away. And if you're the kind of person who starts missing your cat ten minutes after walking out the door (I completely get it!), I'll be happy to send you photos and updates after every visit, so you can relax knowing they're happy and well looked after.

Me encanta conocer su personalidad, sus rutinas, sus juguetes favoritos, dónde le gusta dormir, qué le da miedo, qué le hace feliz y sobre todo, esas pequeñas manías que solo conocen sus humanos. Por ejemplo, mi gato Adolf tiene la curiosa costumbre de pedirme que le abra la nevera solo para meterse dentro unos segundos y salir tan feliz! Cada gato tiene sus rarezas, y para mí forman parte de su encanto. No hay ningún detalle demasiado pequeño o demasiado raro. Cuanta más información me des, más fácil será que tu gato se sienta cómodo y que su rutina cambie lo menos posible mientras estás fuera ENGLISH Tell me everything! The more I know about your cat, the better I can care for them. I'd love to hear about their personality, daily routine, favorite toys, sleeping spots, little fears, favorite treats, and especially all those funny little quirks that only their humans know about. For example, my cat Adolf has a very unusual habit: he'll ask me to open the fridge just so he can sit inside for a few seconds before happily walking away! Every cat has their own funny habits, and honestly, that's part of what makes them so special. No detail is too small or too weird! The more you tell me, the easier it will be for me to make your cat feel comfortable and keep their routine as familiar as possible while you're away.
