Mildred was responsive and good to work with. I wasn't entirely sure that she understood what I was saying when I spoke with her and her 15 year old daughter Abby. Mildred deferred to Abby at times when I was giving care instructions for Makoa, seemingly needing translation. (Makoa is 13 years old and weighs 5# so there are things that were being communicated for his safety- e.g. he can never have people food). The daughter Abby was the main point of communication after the initial meeting and was sweet enough but was not an adult so that made me feel a little uneasy. Abby sent a pic of him on his walk each day and responded when I asked how he was doing so I was thankful for that. In a perfect world, I would have dealt directly with Mildred or her husband and received more communication about how and what he was doing each day. At our initial meeting, I communicated that I don't normally have Makoa stay with strangers so was feeling a bit anxious. In the end, as far as I can tell, all his needs were met. Mildred and her family were nice enough. Will probably try to find another sitter who communicates better and is more excited to watch my pup.
Mildred had the challenging task of sitting Lumi for 9 days. We got regular updates and got our crazy high energy pup back happy and healthy after her stay.
Mildred was very responsive. I appreciated her adaptability with my dog that has some specific needs. Would rebook!

I love petting them, helping to calm them, playing, running and stimulating them. They need to discharge energy and by walking they manage to stay exercised
