I have both personal and professional history when it comes to taking care of animals. I worked at an acclaimed veterinary clinic (2018-2021), where I experienced a spectrum of situations, from routine nail clippings to harrowing emergencies. I’ve also been a dog owner for many years, and care deeply for the well being of animals. I have a soft spot when it comes to little dogs; they have their own quirks and personalities that need special attention. The scrunglier, the better I say!

Safety, trust & environment
I’m very mindful of safety; I’ve seen enough ‘accidents’ after working at a veterinary hospital that’ll last me a lifetime. I do everything to ensure my pets are safe, and your dog would be no different. Meals are served separately, and strictly observed to avoid aggression, dogs are securely leashed while on walks, and the environment is free of debris or trash for anyone to munch on.

Miki did an absolutely perfect job watching our 7.5 year old Corgi while we were out of town. Her experience and desire to care for animals shines through. We are so fortunate to have been able to not stress at all while away because we knew our pup was in good hands with Miki. Looking forward to booking her again moving forward!

Miki was fantastic with our boys. They were a clear and reliable communicator. What I liked best about working with Miki was her ease of asking for help when something was unclear. We have chronically ill boys who require pilling to keep them stable. When there was an issue with our fluffiest, she reached out to notify us of the change and was super receptive. Miki is the absolute best! She is patient, accommodating and kind. She also has great communication. Nova can be a shy girl, but I can tell she absolutely adores Miki. It is such a relief as a dog mom to know that my girl is loved and well taken care of when in Miki’s care.
Miki was very communicative and shared regular updates. She took great care of our boys and we would absolutely work with her again!

Schedule
I work from home. This allows me the flexibility to adapt to your pups routine and needs, with no limitations regarding conflicting work schedules. Early mornings or late evenings tend to be no issue.

- I can give medications to pets, but please let me know if your pet does not take it easily (IE: unable to give injections without two people present, etc). If your dog has nervous or aggressive tendencies, please let me know at the time of booking so I can plan accordingly!
