I have been working professionally as a pet care provider in the DMV area since May 2025, and have been caring for the pets of my friends and families for several years. I have cared for dogs weighing in at 150+lbs, as well as puppies and senior dogs. I am a cat parent of 3 cats currently, and have extensive experience with cat care, behavior, and mannerisms. In the past I have also owned and been responsible for the care of many breeds of dogs with varying temperament. Additionally, I have experience in care for small animals such as rats, fish, and tortoises.

I follow instructions given for your pets care to the letter! If your pet has special needs that need to be met or a schedule you need maintained, I will insure you have the peace at mind that those needs will be met and your expectations exceeded! I will always do my best to make sure that your home is left in the same condition I found it in or better !

Mikeala was outstanding! She loves cats and it showed in her every interaction with them and me. The food and water were just as they needed them and they were absolute intent when I returned home. I could not ask for more than a sitter, and will be hoping she is available next time I need a sitter.

Schedule
I am a Military spouse of a Navy sailor that is new to the area! Pet care is my full time job, and I am committed to insuring a dedicated and consistent pet care experience. I will at times be away from your home for a few hours during the day to attend to other pets needs nearby such as walks and check ins. I will always strive to insure your pets needs are taken care of before leaving for any period of time, and will always do my best to return to your pets in a timely manner.

- Please let me know of your pets day to day routine ! I also prefer to have a note of where important items, such as leash, collar, extra poop bags, or cleaning supplies may be, so if an issue arises I am suited to take care of it swiftly without worry ! Additionally, if you have a specific vet you prefer in case of any emergency, or any food allergies they may have, that is always important information to have on hand. We always hope for the best, but I always make it a point to be prepared for the worst, just in case.
