I've been taking care of animals my entire life, having lived with and loved dogs, cats, guinea pigs, gerbils and even a pet slow worm! I currently have a 7-year-old mixed breed dog named Olive, a rescue from Athens, and live in a house with a 150ft garden that is a stone's throw from Chailey Common and several other fantastic dog walks.

I'm very adaptable and happy to stick to your pet's routines and allowances - whatever they need to stay feeling happy and secure! I do a lot of treat training with my dog so am happy and confident to do whatever is needed when on walks. I've got plenty of experience with reactive dogs too so don't fret if yours is a bit vocal when out and about.

Mike was great; he was helpful through the booking process and gave us an update with photos of how Norman was getting on while we were away. We felt Norman was in great hands!
Luna seemed very happy when we picked her up from her stay. She enjoyed lots of walks with Mike & Olive and cuddles at home (and nice to receive occasional photos & messges). I liked that she got lots of attention as she was the only extra dog staying with him & Olive. He was very accommodating about meeting up beforehand and great value too. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Mike was great looking after our 2 dogs in our home whilst we went on holiday. 1 of them is a bit anxious and Mike went out of his way to form a good bond - it was clear upon our return. He kept us up to date with pics and generally super helpful. Our house was spotless (probably cleaner than we left it!) and he'd kindly washed and changed the sheets for us. Will definitely rebook 👍
This was my our first time using Mike and we are so glad we did. We have been let down by so many people who pretend to do this because they love animals but it’s so clear to see that Mike loves dogs. Mike sent lots of pictures and looked after our home like we would. He even changed the bed sheets so we wouldn’t have to after a long day of travelling. Most importantly, our girls had an amazing time and we will definitely be using Mike again.
Mike took care of our dog Goose, and two cats, butter and Nora. He sent us updates of the animals everyday, and left the place clean and tidy - He even changed the bedsheets for us! Mike is very communicative in terms of before and during the house sit, which we really appreciate :) I can tell Mike genuinely loves hanging out with animals and gave them loads of loves and cuddles. We came home to happy fur babies after our trip - we should highly recommend his service 🐕🦺

Schedule
I work from home on an extremely flexible self-employed basis, so have all the time in the world to look after my pup and yours.

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs - eg. dietary requirements. It's also good to know ahead of times if your dog is reactive, for instance, although that's not because it's a dealbreaker! I would just like to be able to better plan out the timings and routes of the walk to make things as stress-free as possible for them.
