Reliable House Sitting and Drop Ins
Our 18-year-old son, Daniel, provides reliable and dedicated house-sitting coverage, ensuring your pets receive premium companionship and care in your residence every single day of the sit—guaranteed. Because Daniel does not have any other job or outside obligations, your pets and home are his sole priority. He will be exclusively managing the sit and will never leave the house or your pets alone for more than 4 hours at a time—only stepping out for occasional errands, gym visits, or quick store trips. We handle all types, kinds, breeds, and temperaments of dogs and cats. Restricted breeds, aggressive, spoiled, separation anxiety, rescue, medical needs, old, young, small or large—you name it, we do it all. You can travel with absolute peace of mind knowing your pets are receiving dedicated, round-the-clock attention tailored exactly to their unique needs.

Safety, trust & environment
If your dog falls into restrictive breed category, we will discuss and agree on the scope of exposure to outside environment, such as walks. We do not take dogs to any dog parks, for safety reasons. We never take dogs off leash outside the house. We are responsible dog owners.

We can’t say enough good things about Mike, Maria and their son Daniel! They accommodated us last minute after some other plans fell through and were so thorough before we left, asking great questions to take excellent care of our Muffy. Muffy had a slight allergic reaction and Daniel promptly communicated it to us, followed our suggested approach and made sure Muffy was in great spirits. The daily photo updates were also greatly appreciated. We are so glad we chose them to watch our sweetest little family member!

This family is the best with our dogs! They show up on time, send updates and treat our dogs great. We use them all the time and I always feel at ease when they are at our place! Highly recommend
