First time using Mike and first time I left my dog Winnie with a stranger and Mike was TERRIFIC! I highly recommend him. He was communicative, sent me pics, kept me updated on the house and when I got back my pets were healthy and happy. He is worth every penny and I'll be using him again for my next trip.

Mike is absolutely the most amazing and caring person and I can’t thank him enough! Our boy Jake has never had a sitter before, and only boarded once before which scarred us as he didn’t eat and was visibly not okay after. We’ve been lucky for 8 years we have had friends or family that have watched him but this past weekend we had no choice. We visited a few boarding kennels just to see and quickly determined that wouldn’t even be an option. After searching for a solution rover came up and looking at profiles, I thought Mike would be a good person to meet since our boy is an 80lb pittie who doesn’t love mail trucks in walks. Jake immediately fell in love with Mike and I knew this would be the most comfortable way we’d be able to go away for a few days and not worry about him. On top of that Mike met with us twice in person so we could go through the routine and some of Jake’s commands and tendencies! Making me that much more comfortable that we were making the right decision! Unfortunately, right before our trip Jake fell ill and needed antibiotics, no concern for Mike after a quick text informing him of the need for daily administration of the pill! Mike spent the nights at our place, and left it in the exact same (if not better) condition as when he had arrived. Just enough updates with photos and status, as well as information in Jake being better from the prescribed antibiotics. I could keep praising Mike, and it would all be valid, but in short I would never hesitate to use him again, or refer him to absolutely everyone who needs a dog sitting or walking service. Mike, thank you for taking care of our boy, our home, and our peace of mind. You’re the best.

Mike housesat for 8 days for us and did a great job. Our dog was happy and relaxed when we returned home with is a first! Would definitely recommend him.

Mike has watched our German Shepherd twice now on weekends away. He is professional in his communication and gives updates as to how the stay is going. He followed our directions with completing ear wipes and putting the cone on our dog while not supervised as he was scratching. While away he also watered our plants and left the home as clean as he found it. Both times we've come home to a happy and relaxed pup!

Mike did a fantastic job house and dog sitting our German Shepherd, Bolt over the weekend. Mike was able to come do a meet and greet with Bolt before his stay so we could go over his general routine. Bolt is nearly 100 pounds and has some fear aggression with other dogs but Mike was able to walk him no problem and followed our recommendations. Mike had the right amount of communication, updates, and photos but also allowed us to enjoy our time away. When we arrived home our house was just as we left it and our pup was happy and calm.

Mike has taken care of my pets for a few long weekends, 3-4 days in length. He is very reliable - fed the pets twice a day as requested, cared for them with some visiting time, cleaned up after them, and locked the house up. He even sent me photos to put my mind at ease while being away. I would definitely hire him again. He bonds with the pets, takes the job seriously and is a reliable care-taker.
