Big dawg loves all size dogs 🐕

ATTN: My home is fairly small, any dogs over 55-60 lbs need to be pretty chill by nature or older dogs. I love the bigger dogs but my place just doesn’t do well for super playful dogs in the 60 to 100 lb range. EXPERIENCE: Hello! Lifetime dog enthusiast here. I’ve got a number of friends I’ve watched dogs for when out of town or in a pinch. Love getting out for long walks multiple times a day - maybe even a hike or trip to Cherry Creek Reservoir off-leash park every once in a while, park hangs and playtimes; your dogs will get all the energy burning they need.

Mike was amazing! Our Bonnie is a bit anxious so we were nervous leaving her for our long vacation, but Mike took such good care of her! He sent lots of pictures, which let us see how settled in she was. Mike took her on some adventures but also respected our senior pups need to have slow days as well. He spent a lot of time with her and was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely book with Mike again.

Mike cared for Mac for two weeks and sent updates and pictures during that time. He took great care to ensure Mac was eating right and took him on walks and hikes. I do not hesitate to recommend Mike if you have a need for a dog sitter in Denver. Thanks again Mike!!

This was my first time using Rover so I was honestly a little anxious about the whole process, but Mike was so kind and patient and made everything feel really easy. He sent photos and updates and was super accommodating, which helped a lot. He was great with Chi and you can tell he genuinely loves and cares about dogs. I felt really comfortable leaving her with him—would definitely book again 💜

Another great stay with Mike! I’m not sure that Drake even wanted to come home after his holiday with Mike. Appreciate the great communication and flexibility. Looking forward to our next stay.

Safety, trust & environment

ENVIRONMENT: I’m generally avoiding dogs under two - especially if they’re very high energy, not trained / potty trained well. Please be honest with those specifics. My place is more of a small rowhouse, it’s not great for pairs of large dogs unless they just chill inside. Tiny back yard, don’t tend to use it for pets. I’ve crated my young dogs and can give them a nice space for downtime. I have a large dog bed and lots of toys. Dogs are ok on my couch and bed, I have blankets to cover them.

A typical day

DAYCARE: Multiple walks throughout day. Toys and treats available, as well as all the attention and cuddles they want. BOARDING: Morning walk before work, evening walk after. Time for additional short breaks throughout day and evening depending on the dogs needs. Of course, lots of attention, play, and cuddles throughout the day. I like going to Wash Park or other open spaces. For high energy there’s nearby dog parks, and if they’re good about listening and returning, ball throwing in local parks.
