Hi! I'm Mike, a lifelong dog lover who provides a safe, comfortable and loving home for small to medium dogs of all ages. I have owned dogs and spent many years dog sitting for friends, family, neighbours and rover. I treat each guest like a part of my family, and do my best to accomodate pets and their unique needs (medication admin if needed, walks tailored to energy needs, lots of scratches) and your needs too (pics, updates). I look forward to caring for your pooch 🐾

Mike and his wife took great care of our puppy, Troy. They were patient, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure Troy was comfortable and well looked after. We really appreciated the updates and all the effort they put into caring for a young puppy. Highly recommend!
Our dog had a fantastic stay! He was well taken care of and super happy. Communication was great during his stay, we would definitely use again!
Our little Westie was well cared for by Mike and Cheryl. He was with them for 4 nights and we got pictures and updates. They were mindful of his allergies and I could tell were quite fond of him by the end of his stay. Clearly dog loving people who took loving care of our guy. Thank you Mike and Cheryl!
Mike and Cheryl were amazing with my cavapoo Dex and took such good care of him when I went out of town. They are so close to Jack Darling Park which is a huge plus because Dex loves going for walks there and they happily take him. When I picked him up, he was snuggled in with them having a nap. They're at the top of my list when I need a sitter. Dex can't wait for the next time!
Mike was great to deal with, our dog looked very happy and well taken care of! Thank you! We would definitely leave our pet with Mike again.

Schedule
I work from home and have a large fenced yard so it's quite easy to hang with and take care of a dog. I also live close to Jack Darling, a great dog park!

Safety, trust & environment
Fenced yard, no other pets, lots of ear scratches. Typically I don't let dogs sleep in our bed, but if my wife falls in love with your dog, that rule is out the window
A typical day
Mostly scratches behind the ears and snuggling on the couch. If they're up for chasing a ball even better. Regular walks are a given of course
