As mentioned above, Becky got at least three walks a day (morning, afternoon and before bedtime). And that won't change at all for your dog. Sometime we add a fourth walk around noon depending on the situation.

Pet care experience
We bought our house in redwood shores with a fenced yard more than a decade ago to fulfill a dream - adopting a dog. Soon after, a rescued German Shepherd girl, Becky from GSRNC joined our family. Having Becky has changed our life. We cut down our travel dramatically; alter our daily activities so we can walk Becky in the morning, before dinner and before bed-time for the last 13 years. Unfortunately, our Becky passed away at age of 17 in early 2022. As we mourned the loss of our "daughter" and celebrated Becky's wonderful life, we decided to open our home to offer our love to your "fur kid" and make our place the second home for your dog. Dogs are human's best friends. And they deserve our love as family members. To give them the best care we can, we accept only one dog boarded at any time (with the only exception if the second dog is from the same family). I am retired and my wife works from home. So your four-leg kid will get plenty of attention and love here :-)
Reviews

Mike is absolutely AMAZING and is one of the best sitters we’ve ever had. You can tell how much he loves animals, and it’s obvious how much our dog Buddy loves his stays here (gets very excited when we arrive and then makes himself at home on one of the many dog beds). Mike gives Buddy lots of long walks and exercise, lets him lounge all over the house, and gives him a lot of love and attention. Additionally, he is really great at sending updates (including lots of pictures) and always has a debrief for us when we arrive with detailed notes about Buddy’s activities and behavior; Mike is VERY observant and understands dogs body language. He also has a really great fenced in yard and local walking paths! We have used Mike many times and have always felt so comfortable and at ease going on vacation, knowing what great hands Buddy will be in. We can’t thank him enough for being so loving and good with our boy!

I feel so lucky to have secured Mike and Chinny’s availability for boarding my golden retriever girl. Their attention to detail and genuine love for dogs made this experience far superior to any other sitters I’ve had on and outside of Rover. Mike took the time to understand my dog’s habits, needs, and quirks before boarding. On the drop-off day, I was thrilled to see how quickly my pup bonded with him. He knows exactly how to engage and play with dogs based on their personalities. The daily updates with pictures were the highlight of my trip, showing all the adventures and fun activities my dog was having— I feel my dog was living a more exciting life than mine ☺️. Her appetite became great due to all the healthy stimulation and exercise. Mike and Chinny’s professionalism, kindness, and reliability were outstanding. I felt completely confident leaving my beloved dog in their care, even though this was my very first time boarding. It made me so happy to see my dog had zero separation anxiety with Mike and Chinny’s accompany (in fact, she didn’t want to leave when I picked her up 😅).

Our dog, Sierra, spent a trial night with Mike. She was nervous, but Mike was extremely attentive to Sierra during her stay. Many pictures and updates were shared with us, which was appreciated. By the time we picked her up the following day, Sierra was warming up to Chinney and Mike. We look forward to the opportunity for Sierra to have additional stays with them!
Mike’s expertise is exceptional and unparalleled. Our dog came home with joy. Thank you.
