Dog Dads Duo
We’ve both had dogs our entire life and can’t see life any other way! Together we raised our current dog (Omaha) since he was just 10 weeks and are always excited to have additional dogs around. We are definitely a “dog dad duo” and we’d like to think we’re pretty good at it! Both of us are around during the day (one works from home and the other works nights). We have walking/nature trails literally in our backyard and they are very shaded (for those hotter summer days) and we also have a dog park on-site and close (if you’re comfortable with your dog(s) playing with others). Either way, we’re both around consistently to ensure your dog has a fun, comfortable stay. We have a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, nice shaded balcony and, as mentioned, access to trails and parks on-site. Whether your dog is active or more content to lounge around, we’re happy to accommodate. Additionally, we’re both very communicative and able to get updates out that meet your needs.

Mike and Craig are fantastic! They communicated daily with us and let us know how she was doing. I felt she was very well taken care of and we did not need to worry about her at all.

It was such a great experience having Mike and Craig dog sit for us! They are very communicative and responsive. They were able to accommodate our changes in schedule and Omaha was such a gracious host. 10/10 would recommend!!!
My pup Bennet stayed with Mike and Craig (and their cute dog Omaha) for the first time and I am thrilled with their service! Mike sent lots of detailed updates and photos which of course always makes it easier to relax and enjoy travel when you feel like your fur baby is in good hands. He even worked to get burrs out of Benz' beard (no easy feat!). Great communication and follow up, and Bennet is totally worn out today (we all know tired dog = happy dog), but my favorite thing is that Bennet intentionally walked over to say goodbye to Mike. He clearly felt loved and taken care of while I was gone, and that means the world to me. Thanks, Mike, Craig, and Omaha!

Schedule
We both are home during the week (one of us works nights and the other works remotely); meaning your dog(s) will always be well taken care of! We love to offer a nice cool apartment for your senior dogs to chill in, our on-site dog park and/or natural trails for your more active pups. We’re both very active with our own dog (Omaha) so we look forward to welcoming your family members too!

Most importantly, we want to know how YOU care for your dog(s) at home so that we can try to incorporate as much of the same at our home! If your dog has certain quirks or special needs, we want to make sure that we are well aware so your pet has a fantastic stay. End of the day, we just hope to offer a comfortable, fun stay for your pet while you’re away for a day, week or longer.

A typical day
Depending on the needs and likes of your pet, we love to do it all! Our dog Omaha is a big fan of walks on our nature trails, playing at the dog park and also going to Barton Springs Creek (by the pool) on a hot summer day to cool off. Whatever you are comfortable with, we’ll incorporate into our plan with your pet!
