Caring for pets has been a consistent part of my life for many years. I've been caring for dogs owned by friends and family for more than five years, and cats for nearly twenty, giving me long‑term, day‑to‑day familiarity with routines, behavior, and individual needs. I primarily focus on caring for dogs and enjoy providing structured walks, outdoor time, and consistent companionship. I’m comfortable adjusting activity levels, whether that means longer walks or runs for higher‑energy dogs or a more relaxed pace for pets who prefer it. I’m also very comfortable caring for cats and understand the importance of routine, cleanliness, and respecting individual personalities. I work from home, which allows me to spend meaningful time with pets throughout the day rather than providing only brief check‑ins. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, litter box care, and basic medication needs when required.

I aim to keep pets on their normal routines as much as possible so they feel secure and relaxed while you’re away. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your pet is well cared for.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mike, he is the best! He is so good with our dog, Biscuit, and Biscuit adores him. He gets super excited every time Mike comes by. Biscuit loves playing with Mike and doing his tricks with him. Biscuit has a lot of energy but Mike is patient with him, good at reading him & knowing when to give him some time/space to calm down. A great guy & someone I trust with our dog.

Schedule
I work from home full‑time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be present and attentive throughout the day. Pet care is a welcome and healthy break from my work routine, and I enjoy getting outside for walks, runs, or relaxed time with pets. I’m able to provide consistent care on weekdays and weekends and can accommodate pets who benefit from regular attention rather than long periods alone.
