My husband and myself went on a trip to Carlsbad for vacation. We’ve never used Rover.com except to board at a sitter house. We felt comfortable after Mikayla came to meet and greet, we decided to use her service. My two labs were very comfortable with her. We were gone for 3 days, we kept in contact with her, everything worked out, we will use her again in the future.
Mikayla came on time and was very attentive to Shadow every day she dropped by to feed him and play with him. And also let me know when she was leaving for the day. She was amazing!
I have known Mikayla for many years and have been able to see her with many pets, some her own and some she has cared for as a pet sitter. She bonds quickly and easily with cats or dogs and is a calming presence. Recently I have had the opportunity to hire her to be with my 4 year old Burmese cat Rumi. She bonded with him immediately, playing with him and inviting him to follow her. She stayed at my house, feeding him and carefully placing him in his outside structure, making sure he was securely locked in for safety. I had no concern about giving her a key to my house, knowing her presence there while I was out of town provided safety. I would recommend her for both dogs and cats. Sharon L
