I've taken care of cats and dogs from as young as I can remember. As a 8 year old my aunts rowdy two black labs were my best pals and her cat mocha was my best friend who we loved and petted for 16 years. I've always loved animals and caring for them comes naturally. I have a lot of experience walking medium to large reactive dogs, I understand the patience and focus you need to have with them in public. I also love all cats, even the mean ones, and understand the gentleness required to take care of our feline friends. I don't have any pets right now because my partner is allergic to both cats and dogs so we are navigating the shots process to hopefully be able to welcome a pet soon :)

I cannot take care of pets at my own home, condo rules :( but I'm more than happy to travel to take care of yours! I'm always hyperaware of space ensuring your animal stays safe with double checked harnesses and leashes.

Mikayla was amazing and super communicative while watching my two cats. She provided lots of pictures throughout her stay and left my apartment in better shape than it was when she arrived. I highly recommend her!

Mikayla did a wonderful job house sitting for my dog and cat! She took great care of the pets and house, and I felt good about leaving our sweet but sometimes reactive dog with her. Will be hiring Mikayla again!
Mikayla was an awesome dog/house sitter. She gave great updates and worked with us to troubleshoot some surprise dog behaviors. It was very clear how much she cared about Gordo. Would highly recommend!
Mikayla is a caring, detail-oriented dog lover! She has taken care of my 40 pound pup Rocky many times. He is reactive on the leash and she knows how to handle him! I always feel at ease knowing Mikayla is taking care of my dog. She’s handled everything from daily walks to overnight care.
