I love dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes and treat each one I meet as if they were my own. I have a large back yard and live near a dog park and can give your dog plenty of fun and exercise with other dogs! I care so much for dogs I've even considered fostering them. I have a dog who is very sociable and will be a great playmate for your dog! If your dog isn’t good with other dogs, I'll leave mine at home for walks and drop-ins. I've had dogs since I was 10 years old and have experience with feeding, medicating, socializing, and training them, if that's what they need. But make no mistake, every dog needs love and I make sure I give them plenty of it! During the week, I'm generally available most hours of the day as I work from home. Weekends are wide open if you need a getaway! I know each dog has their own specific needs, and I’ll go the extra mile to make sure your fur baby is taken care of exactly the way you want. You’ll get plenty of pics, videos and updates so you’re always in the know. Your peace of mind and your dog’s safety and comfort are of utmost importance to me, and you’ll get all that and more when I care for your furry family member.

Rocky has stayed with Mikayla before and so we were happy she was available over the holidays. She sent us regular updates, pictures and videos and when Rocky fell sick, kept us informed and took him to our vet so that he was taken care of- I cannot express how appreciative we are - she took care of him as if he were her own.
Mikayla was absolutely amazing. Cami loved her. I have lots of trips for work coming up and will without a doubt use Mikayla.

Our dog absolutely loves staying with Mikayla. This was her second time and she was very excited when she realized where she was at drop off. Highly recommend!
Mikayla watched our puppy for a week and sent us updates, photos and videos! Would highly recommend her and would leave our puppy with her again!

I work full time from home, so i can pretty easily work my schedule to allow me time to step out and care for your pup when you need someone

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced in yard and a vigilant eye, so you’ll always have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe and secure. I know some dogs are quicker to warm up than others, so I always make sure to let them come to me on their own for sniffs so they feel they can trust me. My dog is extremely friendly, so I’ll always make sure to keep her separated until your dog is ready for her to come up and make friends

A typical day
I live near 2 different parks and a dog park, and have a large yard of my own, all with fenced in areas for them to play fetch and play with my dog. I have lots of dog toys for them to chew and play with and love a good game of tug of war!
