TLDR: When with our puppy, she’s great. When there was any problem logistically though, she bailed/canceled with no warning. The good: Mikayla was very sweet and my pup loved her. She is a dog trainer as well and spent a little extra time working with my dog on some of his commands which was not necessary but was very kind! Her Rover Cards are very detailed and full of pictures. The bad: Mikayla’s communication was a little sporadic..when we first reached out to her, she asked to modify the initial meeting twice and then cancelled pre-emptively when she needed to request a third meeting because she thought we wouldn’t want to meet her. (We had never given any indication the rescheduling was a problem.) She did an okay job of telling us when she was running a little late throughout the booking, but when she got sick (which happens) she decided to cancel our booking last-minute same day without any heads up, leaving us without a dog sitter for our 9-week old puppy.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received. From the moment we dropped her off, it was clear she was treated like more than just a client — she was treated like family. They were so patient and attentive, especially on the days she felt a little sad, and truly went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable, safe, and loved. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We were kept updated, reassured, and never left wondering how she was doing. Knowing she was in such caring, trustworthy hands gave us complete peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful for the love and dedication they showed our girl and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
