I have had pets my whole life ranging to small dogs to Irish wolfhound dogs, to hedgehogs and guinea pigs! However, I started taking care of other peoples pets when I was 12 years old. What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my genuine love for animals and my commitment to providing personalized care. I take the time to understand each dog's unique personality and needs, ensuring they feel comfortable and happy in their home when the rest of their home is away. With a focus on fun activities, regular exercise, and plenty of cuddles, I create a nurturing environment where pets can thrive. Plus, I offer daily updates and photos to keep pet owners connected with their fur babies while they're away if this is something the owner would prefer! With my experience, reliability, and genuine love for animals, you can trust that your pets will receive the best care and attention making their time with me enjoyable and stress free.

I will not be offering any care based out of my home because I am a college student in an apartment where animals are not allowed. However, in clients homes As a pet caregiver, I take pride in providing exceptional care for other people's pets right in their own homes. I understand that being in a familiar environment is important for pets, so I focus on maintaining their routines and comfort. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or playtime, I tailor my services to meet each pet's specific needs. I also ensure they receive plenty of love and attention, helping to ease any anxiety they might feel in their owner's absence. With regular check-ins and updates for the pet owners, I strive to create a seamless experience that keeps both pets and their families happy and stress-free. I prefer a strict schedule that is written down or texted to me so I am aware of anything that the pet needs or so we can cross off every goal together. It is important to me to have trust with the pet before hand so if you are comfortable with meeting prior with the pet, I enjoy doing that to ensure a safe trusting connection for me and the pet. This is the second time I’ve used Mikayla to watch my pup and I can’t say enough about how much she takes the stress away about leaving him. Constant communication and pictures makes me know that he is in good hands.
Mikayla made me feel so much less stressed out about leaving my pup with her with her constant updates and communication. The fact that he became instant best friends with her made it so much better. I plan to hopefully use her anytime that I need a sitter.

Mikayla is the best! She has gone above and beyond caring for my dog when I am out of town. She is very trustworthy, kind, and a great communicator. I have recommended her to several friends who have also hired her to dog sit and all were sad to have her leave for college because she does such a great job!
Mikayla is absolutely amazing!! She takes the best care of all 3 of my fur babies. She constantly keeps me updated, is quick to answer, and has always made it comfortable enough for me to enjoy my time away. Her prices are phenomenal for the time & care she puts into her work.

Schedule
I am 20 and have my classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays I am very available! I can’t wait to meet your guys’s fur babies!
