After four years with the same wonderful dog sitter, we were understandably nervous about finding someone new when Anne retired and moved away. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Mikayla! From our first meeting, she was warm, kind, and welcoming. Throughout Winston’s stay, she kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. The best part was seeing how quickly Winston settled in and bonded with Mikayla and her two lovely dogs, Alfie and Arwen. It was obvious he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When we picked him up, he was relaxed, content, and clearly had a wonderful time. Mikayla also said such lovely things about Winston, and it was clear she genuinely enjoys the dogs she cares for. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Rover. We highly recommend Mikayla to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again.
