Welcome! We’re Mika and Andrew, a husband-and-wife team providing loving, personalized in-home dog care in Woodbury. We are fully insured, providing an extra layer of protection and peace of mind while your dog is in our care. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always our top priorities. Dogs have always been a part of my life. Andrew and I were fortunate to share many wonderful years with our beloved Golden Retriever, who was truly a member of our family. After losing her, we found joy in opening our home to other dogs, and every guest is cared for with the same love, patience, and attention we gave her. Mika and Andrew are dedicated dog sitters. We received a lot of updates and fun photos of our dog playing with the other dogs in their care. Cooper was happy and tired when he got home.
Mika and Andrew took phenomenal care of our dog Jim while we were on a long international trip. They helped Jim feel “at home” and made sure his routine stayed as consistent as possible. He got to play with a lot of new dog friends, received personal attention and love, got to go on neighborhood walks, and looked so happy and relaxed in the pictures we received each day. Mika and Andrew stayed in regular contact and provided great updates. It was much easier to enjoy our trip knowing that Jim was in excellent hands. We will absolutely be returning to Mika and Andrew for any daycare and boarding needs in the future!

Our finished basement provides a large carpeted play area where dogs can safely play and burn off energy, even during Minnesota winters. Our 3,300-square-foot, three-level home also gives dogs plenty of space to explore, relax, and feel comfortable. Dogs are welcome throughout our home and are free to relax wherever they feel most at home. We live in a beautiful, dog-friendly neighborhood with peaceful walking paths and parks, providing a wonderful environment for daily walks and outdoor exploring enjoyable year-round.
A typical day
Every dog has different needs, so we tailor each day to fit their personality and energy level. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing with toys, relaxing on the couch, or simply being close to people, we’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection throughout the day. We’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and videos, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and having a wonderful time.

- Before your dog’s stay, we’d love to learn about their daily routine, feeding schedule, potty schedule, sleeping arrangements, personality, favorite activities, medications, and any special needs. Please also let us know about any behavioral concerns, including separation anxiety, resource guarding, or reactivity toward people or other dogs. Sharing this information helps us provide the safest and most enjoyable experience for every dog in our care. Because we may have other dogs staying with us, we are unable to accommodate dogs with a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs.
