This was my first time ever using Rover, and since I had a long trip, I really had no choice but to find someone to take care of Oreo. I was honestly super nervous at first — it was my first time being away from him for this long, and I had so many worries in my head. I kept wondering if he would feel comfortable, if he would eat well, or if he would miss home too much. But Mihee and her family made everything so much easier. They took such good care of Oreo and really helped me relax during my trip. They sent tons of photos and videos every day, always kept me updated, and let me know how he was doing — what he ate, how he played, how he was feeling. I really appreciated the communication and the patience they had with him. Oreo looked so happy staying with them, like he actually enjoyed his little “vacation.” It didn’t feel like he was just being watched — it felt like he was staying with people who genuinely cared. I’m really thankful for Mihee and her family. For my first Rover experience, this honestly couldn’t have gone better, and I’d definitely book with them again in the future.
