I have a work from home day job from 8-5 every Monday-Friday so I am home all day during the week. I do play shows out some week nights but I am never gone for more than 3-4 hours and this just depends on the week.

I am big on going for daily walks at least once or twice a day. I’m also big on going to the dog park if your pup enjoys that - however I only go to dog parks where I feel the dogs will be safe or I know there is low attendance. I love playing with dogs, either tug of war or fetch. I also think mental stimulation is important, so any toys that can stimulate that or practicing tricks and obedience training for at least 30 minutes each day.

****PLEASE READ: I have a dog (who is well trained and dog friendly) and I bring him along for all my house sittings. If this is a dealbreaker, please do not book me, as this is non-negotiable for me***** I’ve had multiple family dogs throughout my life, and have helped raise them. I have a background working with herding breeds (I grew up with corgis) and high energy dogs, as well as anxious pets who may find it difficult to be away from parents or are stressed by storms and other triggers. I am also an experienced cat sitter, having watching many cats for clients, family and friends. I have handled medications for both dogs and cats, and have a background watching elderly dogs and puppies as young as 11 weeks old. I have my own dog as well, who is a rescue, so I have experience with all variety of dogs and cats!

Miggie took amazing care of not only our house pets, but our entire farm! She gave us daily updates with pictures, and when we came home the house was spotless! 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend!
