Availability
I am currently working part time, so I have a flexible availability when it comes to caring for your pet(s). Monday-Thursday I am available after 3pm, and Friday-Sunday I have full availability.

I usually would let the animal get used to my scent and me being in their space, and then I would care for the dog by feeding them, and taking them to go potty. Then, I would play with them to ensure that they do not get bored and not have separation anxiety.

It is important to know any special accommodations like medications and/or treatments that needs to be administered. It is also important to notify me of any quirks that the pet may have like if they like to excessively bark at squirrels or anything else of that nature.
A typical day
I like to stimulate the dog’s mind by hiding toys and seeing if they can find them. I also like to use certain toys where the pet has to try to get the treats out of the toy. I like to go to dog parks, or open areas to explore different smells.

I have taken care of animals since I was 12. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine Concentration. I also graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology as an Assistant Animal Laboratory Technician. With that being, said I have a vast amount of experience on how to care for animals.

Mickale has been a great sitter! This is her third stay in my home. She always sends updates and leaves my home better than it was when she arrived!
Mickale took good care of our eldest pup, sending us photos every day which we didn’t even ask for but loved getting. She was super easy to work with and had great communication the whole time. Already have another trip out of town booked with her to watch our pup.
When we need an impromptu dog sitter for our wedding at the Peabody, Mickale was there to save us. She was very responsive and our pup was very well-taken care of.
