I work from home and am here most of the time, so your pup will have lots of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. Our routine is centered around the dogs—potty breaks, walks, enrichment, meals, and cozy downtime are all part of daily life here. Like any normal household, I occasionally run errands, go to the gym, or meet up with friends—but I keep outings short and always plan them around the needs of the dogs in my care. They’re never left alone for long stretches. On Saturday mornings, I’m a regular vendor at the TR Farmers Market. While I’m there, my husband Jay is home to take over care, making sure everyone stays on their normal routine with plenty of attention and snuggles.

Information Michelle W. would like to know about your pet

I love getting to know each pup ahead of their stay so I can make things feel as familiar and comfortable as possible 💛 Please tell me about your dog’s routine, personality, and any special needs—everything from feeding and medications to their favorite ways to relax or play. Helpful things to share: • How they do with other dogs • Any fears, anxiety, or sensitivities • Potty habits and marking tendencies • Where and how they like to sleep • Anything they love (or really don’t love!) Every little detail helps me care for them in a way that feels just right for them.

A typical day

Your pup’s day will feel like a relaxed, cozy stay with family. Mornings start with fresh air, breakfast, and a gentle walk or yard time. During the day, we rotate between play, enrichment, and restful naps, with plenty of affection and one-on-one attention throughout. We love getting outside for walks or letting pups explore the grassy field, then coming back in for quiet time and snuggles. Evenings are peaceful, with everyone winding down together before bedtime.

Pet care experience

So happy you found us 💛 I offer personalized, in-home care in a calm, cozy environment—especially loved by little dogs, seniors, and pups who thrive on snuggles and gentle routines. I also love getting out for walks and keeping our guests happily engaged. From neighborhood strolls to sniffy adventures in the field behind our house, plus simple enrichment and play at home, I make sure every pup gets the perfect mix of movement, mental stimulation, and cozy downtime. 🏡 What Your Dog’s Stay Will Be Like • Frequent potty breaks in our fenced-in yard • Walks on our 1-mile neighborhood loop (weather permitting) • Extra sniffy strolls and playtime in our grassy field behind our home • Enrichment, play, and lots of one-on-one attention • Flexible sleeping arrangements (crate, dog bed, or snuggled in with us 💛) Guests are welcome on furniture (as long as that’s allowed in your home), and we do our best to match your routines so your pup feels comfortable and at ease. ———————————- 💊 Experience with Special Care I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with additional needs, including: • Oral medications • Insulin injections • Skin care routines • Mobility support • Special diets If your pup has specific needs, we’ll go over everything together so you feel completely confident while you’re away. ⸻——————- 🐾 Puppies Puppies are welcome—and we know they need a little extra love (and yes… paper towels 😄). We’re happy to: • Support potty training routines • Adjust care based on age and vaccination status Puppy Rate applies to dogs under 1 year who are not fully potty trained. If your puppy uses pads, please provide them for their stay. —————————- 🤝 Meet & Greets (Required) Because our dogs are our world, I require a Meet & Greet before first stays (unless you’re traveling or in an emergency). This gives us a chance to: • Go over routines, preferences, and care details • Let everyone meet and observe interactions together • Make sure it’s the right fit for everyone Please bring: • Up-to-date vaccination records • Your vet’s contact information • An emergency contact information We keep everything organized in a guest file for peace of mind. ———————- ⭐ Guests Who Thrive in Our Home We welcome a variety of dogs, but our home is especially well-suited for: ✔️ Dogs who enjoy people and can coexist peacefully with other dogs ✔️ Little dogs who love to be held and snuggled ✔️ Senior dogs who enjoy a calm, cozy, low-stress environment ✔️ Dogs with basic manners (understand “no”) ✔️ Potty-trained dogs (unless puppies in training) —————————- 🚫 Not the Best Fit To keep all guests safe and happy, we’re not the best fit for: • Extremely high-energy, rough-play dogs (“wrestlemania champions” 😄) • Dogs with severe, unmanaged anxiety or destructive behaviors • Male dogs who may mark indoors —————————- 🐶 Our Little Crew • Olivia (Livy) – 13 yrs, 6 lbs Sweet little diva. We all just follow her lead 💅 • Emmett – 6 yrs, 14 lbs Friendly, playful, and loves making new friends (gentle players only!) • Ida – 9 yrs, 9 lbs A little barky at first, then warms up quickly after her “interview process” 😄 ————————- ✨ Why Clients Choose Us • 💛 Personalized, one-on-one care (not a high-volume environment) • 🐾 Calm, cozy home—ideal for littles, seniors, and sensitive pups • 🚶‍♀️ Daily walks + enrichment tailored to your dog • 🛋️ True “home away from home” experience • 📸 Regular updates so you feel connected while you’re away

Michelle was wonderful! I was nervous about leaving a puppy under 5 months old for the first time but it turned out I had no reason to worry. Michelle understood that it can be stressful and she was so reassuring and loving. She sent pictures and videos every day. Every day! I knew my puppy was having a great time and my only concern was that he might not want to come home! You can tell how much Michelle cares about the dogs, hers and the ones she is boarding.

Michelle is just fantastic. Stache always comes home happy and well adjusted, and that makes it so much easier for me when I have to be out of town. I never worry about him when he’s with Michelle.

Michelle was AMAZING! Super responsive and a really great person! So happy to have made the connection through Rover and will definitely be asking Michelle to watch Agnes as the #1 whenever we are out of town!
