Work From Home Dog Lovers!
Hi there! We are a husband (JD) and wife (Michelle) team of work-from-home dog lovers here to help with your furry kids. We've both grown up with dogs, mostly German Shepherds and Huskies and have cared for dogs personally and professionally for over 10 years. About our family: We have a newborn and are selective with how/who we board. Currently we only board 1 dog at a time but we will consider watching a second dog on a case by case basis. Just message us and we will do our best to accommodate. Puppies must be fully potty trained and we require meet-n-greets for all pups in advance of any stay. If you’re unsure about your pup around newborns, we offer half and full day doggy daycare so we can evaluate their behavior. About our dog: We have a well-trained 11 year old Siberian Husky, an all-around fantastic dog. He is extremely friendly with other animals and people and has a very calming temperament, which, we've found, helps soothe high-energy and anxious dogs. Drop off & pickup: You can drop your pup off as early as 6am and pick up anytime. We’re pretty flexible if you give us enough of a heads up. We do offer drop off and pickup service for a fee.

Reggie is always excited to stay with Michelle & JD. He enjoys the family, Nanook (their pooch) & other pooch visitors. When I return, he comes home relaxed, well taken care of and happy.
Michelle and JD are amazing! They kept my labradoodle for five weeks. She was so happy there and was extremely well taken care of I am so happy I can feel so good about leaving my much loved doggie for weeks while I travel!!

Yogi was well-cared for by JD and Michelle. She is our velcro dog so we were comforted knowing she could would be in the company of someone throughout her stay. They are dog people who treated her like one of the family.

Michelle and JD were great with our dog, Marvin. It was his first time being boarded and they made sure he was comfortable and a good fit for their household. They communicated well before and during the stay and Marvin seemed happy to be there. I would highly recommend them.

Safety, trust & environment
We have an enclosed backyard for the dogs to stretch their legs and are a 2-minute drive from the closest dog park. If you're comfortable with us bringing your dog to the dog park, we're happy to do so. JD has been handling dogs since his days in the military and has worked with a wide range of temperaments. Your pup will always feel safe, confident, and comfortable with us.
Pets
A typical day
We start early around here. As soon as the sun is up, we start our mornings with a 20-30 minute walk followed by breakfast. Throughout the day, we chill inside or in the backyard. We do the same before dinner. We prefer the dogs sleep in our bedroom and will make sure each has their own comfortable spot.
