Michelle is a sweet and caring person. She’s loved animals ever since I’ve known her (15+ years). She’ll take dogs for walks and make sure they get what they need. She also has experience with special needs dogs.

Michelle is one of the sweetest persons I know, she truly loves animals. When she visits I always can find her living on our dog Kona. I think she’ll make an amazing dog sitter.

I'll play, train, care your dog

In my life I have had a chihuahua with physical disabilities, a whippet lab with aggression toward men, an italian greyhound with separation anxiety, a pitbull with a torn ACL, an irish wolfhound who was just a little ditzy and now currently own a rough collie with severe fear of people and a ibizan hound puppy that I am helping my sister house train. I've had a wide range of dogs, big and small, to ...

What Michelle would like to know about your dog

I would like to know if there any specific training you are currently teaching, what are the ground rules of the house and pup (what rooms they are allowed in, and which rooms are off limits) I'd like to know if they like to chase cats, small animals or people if I take them out for a walk or to a dog park, if they will be friendly with the surrounding dogs. How am I allowed to discipline the dog if they do something wrong? How am I allowed to applaud or reward the dog if they do something right? (e.x. my pup has a High Whine Bark used to just cry for attention, and a Low Growl Bark for when he is actually barking at strangers coming toward the property; as I want him to be a guard dog for the house, I applaud him for the Low Growl but discipline him for his High Whines ) Are they allowed on the furniture, are they allowed on the bed if I put them away for the night (if so, do they need someone in the room with them or are they okay being by themselves?) Is there any medicine your dog is taking and how you give it to them.

When Michelle watches your pet

I can talk your pup for a walk (of if the sidewalk is too hot, I can drive them to the park right now the street so they don't burn their paws, and there we can play on the grass) we can play fetch or if you are training your pup we can practice together with the signs and signals you want them to know. I can also take them to a local dog park, or if there is a dog park you prefer I can take them there.
